1. Introduction

1.1 By booking or purchasing any Lexi Dells or School of Trauma Release product, session, group class, workshop, or training (collectively referred to as a “Session” or “Product”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.2 All services are designed for personal well-being and professional education. Resale or reproduction for commercial purposes without written consent is prohibited.
1.3 This contract is provided in English.
1.4 If purchasing as a gift, you must ensure the recipient has read and agreed to these Terms.
1.5 You are responsible for assessing your physical and emotional capacity to participate. These offerings are complementary to, not a replacement for, medical or psychological care. Please consult your GP if unsure.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1 Bookings are made via the online checkout. Please review all details carefully before submitting.
2.2 A booking is confirmed once you receive an email confirmation.
2.3 Participants must be 18 years or older. For child sessions, an additional consent form will be required.
2.4 Resale of sessions or training for profit is strictly prohibited.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Online & Face-to-Face Sessions

• Cancellations within 24 hours: No refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% refund.
• Cancellations earlier than 48 hours: Full refund or reschedule option.

3.2 Courses & Training Programs

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• The full balance is due by the course completion date.
• If using a payment plan, all instalments must be completed, even if you choose not to finish the course.

3.3 Workshops & Retreats

• Workshops: 20% non-refundable deposit. Balance due 14 days before the event. No refunds thereafter.
• Retreats: 20% non-refundable deposit. Balance due 6 weeks before departure.
• Refunds available up to 14 days before the retreat (minus deposit). No refunds within 7 days, though transfer to a future retreat may be possible.

3.4 Gift Vouchers & 1:1 Sessions

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months.
• 1:1 sessions must be paid in full 48 hours in advance and follow section 3.1 refund policy.

4. Online Sessions (Zoom Policy)

4.1 You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection. Sessions missed due to your connection issues remain chargeable.
4.2 If Lexi Dells loses connection, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
4.3 Some sessions may be recorded for learning purposes. By attending, you consent unless you opt out in writing.

5. Safety & Well-being

5.1 Our services include trauma release, kinesiology-informed practices, meditation, vagus nerve regulation, trauma release boxing, and energy-based modalities. These are not substitutes for medical or psychological treatment.
5.2 If you experience discomfort during a session, stop immediately and inform your facilitator.
5.3 Pregnant participants must seek medical clearance before joining.
5.4 Lexi Dells and School of Trauma Release adhere to professional standards under IPHM and CNCH but cannot be held liable for individual experiences or outcomes.

6. Boxing & Fitness Waiver

6.1 By participating in any trauma release boxing or fitness session, you acknowledge inherent physical risks including strain or injury.
6.2 You agree that:

• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
• You release Lexi Dells and School of Trauma Release from any liability or claims arising from injury or damage.
• You are responsible for any medical costs incurred.
• No sparring is permitted unless a certified Level 2 Coach is present.

7. Intellectual Property & Media Consent

7.1 All materials, course content, and techniques are the intellectual property of Lexi Dells and School of Trauma Release. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
7.2 By attending live or in-person events, you consent to photography and video use in marketing unless you opt out via [email protected].

8. Consumer Rights & Memberships

8.1 Your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
8.2 Memberships or subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled prior to renewal. No refunds are issued for unused portions.

9. Cacao Disclaimer

9.1 Some events include ceremonial cacao (raw chocolate). Please note:

• Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication (especially antidepressants or heart medication), or have hypertension.
• Cacao contains theobromine, which may increase heart rate or lower blood pressure.
• By consuming cacao, you accept full responsibility for any health effects.
